Is our Bible the complete work of our Father?

Updated: Feb 16, 2023

I believe our 66 Book Bible is incomplete. I also believe the books we do have are the words of our Lord. I believe that men elected to leave books out of the Bible probably because their misguided beliefs did not agree with what was in those books, but I can not be sure as I have not read all the missing books. The ones I have read I can not be sure they were kept pure to their original text.

Why do I have this belief?
There are books mentioned in the 66 that are not part of this collection. This is a tell tell sign that they were left out. This leads me to understand the Lord would not have had his prophets write a collection of 66 books but more like 70 or more books.

The books that are mentioned and missing are:

The Book of Wars Numbers 21:14-15
The Book of Jasher Joshua 10:13 2 Samuel 1:18 and referenced in 2 Timothy 3:8
Solomon's Proverbs and Songs 1 Kings 4:32-33
The Acts of Solomon 1 Kings 11:41
The annals of the Kings of Israel 1 Kings 14:19, 29 1 Kings 16:20
The annals of the Kings of Judah 1 Kings 15:7
The records of Samuel, Nathan, and Gad Chronicles 29:29 2 Chronicles 9:29
The records of Shemaiah the Prophet and Iddo the seer 2 Chronicles 12:15, 2 Chronicles 9:29, 2 Chronicles 13:22
The Annals of Jehu 2 Chronicles 20:34
The Acts of Uzziah 2 Chronicles 26:22
The Laments of Jeremiah 2 Chronicles 35:25
The Book of Enoch Jude 1:14-15

Most believers rebuke that the Bible is lacking in books but have no explanation as to why the 66 books mentions or quotes books that are not in this collection.

"Here’s the passage in Jude that is said to be a quote from the book of Enoch:
Jude 14-15 It was also about these that Enoch, in the seventh generation from Adam, prophesied, saying, “See, the Lord is coming with ten thousands of his holy ones, to execute judgment on all, and to convict everyone of all the deeds of ungodliness that they have committed in such an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things that ungodly sinners have spoken against him.”
It’s pretty clear from this that the writer of the Epistle of Jude claimed to be quoting a very specific individual: the seventh from Adam.
Here’s the passage in Jude that is said to be a quote from the book of Enoch:"

Why would so many stand on this belief when the Bible clearly says there are more writings that obviously those writers believed to be valid in the day they wrote about them?
My conclusion is that we have been brainwashed, misled, manipulated, and lead astray to believe the lies of man. This is the only logical explanation.
